Lamb and Loom ships worldwide from Houston, Texas. Our website estimates USPS shipping costs for you at the checkout page. If there is a significant difference between the estimate and the actual price of shipping, we will contact you. We ship orders Monday-Friday, typically the same or next (business) day. Domestic shipments usually take 3-5 days; international deliveries, 3-4 weeks. For more information, please see our FAQ page subsection on International Shipments. We always make a great effort to get your order in the mail as quickly as possible!
Lamb and Loom does not accept returns except in the rare case that fabric yardage is not cut to the correct length (i.e., if it is too short)–or if it is somehow actually the wrong fabric. In that case, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, no returns are allowed (including unfortunate situations in which the color was not exactly what you expected, etc.). Thank you for understanding.
Lamb and Loom does not allow any cancelations on orders once the fabric for that order has been cut. Thanks for understanding.
When pre-ordering fabric, you must purchase it as a separate order from the items you wish to purchase that are currently in-stock. If there happen to be any unusual delays or similar issues with the manufacturer, we will notify you as soon as possible because we know you cannot wait to get those new fabrics! Otherwise, all pre-order sales are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer wholesales on fabric at this time.
